4.property
①it is able to solve most defects as occur in the release paper coating process such as needle pores, dents and unclear texture, etc. it has especially prominent effects on fine textile papers, sanding paper, plain grain papers, mirror surface papers and deep texture paper as well as special pattern papers；
②it has excellent leveling effect and is able to make ordinary resin qualified toreach the requirements that only special resins can reach. It can solve most defects seen in dry method production such as water dots floating colors and line trailing. Etc.
③it has good smoothness and can give PU and PVC synthetic leathers dry and plump hnd feels and has prominent effect on mirror, plain, textile texture, sanding and fine grain leathers.
④heat-resistant, yellowing resistant and hydrolysis resistant, it is applied to mostprocessing states.
⑤this agent can improve the physical property of PU and PVC synthetic leather.
5.Operation
①this product can bedirectly added into dry and wet process PU or PVC top layer. The amount is 0.2-0.5%.
②properly stir it till it disperses homogenously.
③a test shall be done before using to confirm the adaptability, usage and dosage.
