25A Fire retardant
1. Application： Fire retardant for PU synthetic leather and knife coating material.
2.Product data
Appearance：light yellow liquid
Effective content(%)：≥99.5
3.Property：
This is a highly effective fire retardant featured in the wide applications and good fire retarding effects the fire retarding level can reach Grade A orB, which means can reach the article 7 of the National Fire Retarding Safety & Fire Protection Standard.
4.Operation
①First add the fire retardant into the resin, add 3-5% (before adding,itshall be grinded and sifted)
②Soak the synthetic leather base or finished synthtic leather intothesolution for 3-5 mins and then squeezing, then drying under 100℃-140℃
③For wet process PU, the fire retardand canalso be put a specially dipping vat.
④ 25A is liquid, directly add into PU with adding amount: 15-25%
